Amorphous alloy is a new type of energy-saving material. The metal atoms in it are arranged in a disordered amorphous state. It is completely different from the crystal structure of silion steel, and it is more conducive to magnetization and demagnetization.
The thickness of its iron core sheet is extremely thin, only 0.025mm,which is less than 1/10 of that of ordinary silicon steel sheets.
This new material, when used in the iron core of a transformer, has the characteristics of high saturation magnetic induction intensity, low loss, low exciting current, and good temperature stability,etc.
