The prefabricated cabin is an important manifestation of new technologies, new materials and new equipment applied in intelligent substations.

It is composed of a prefabricated cabin body, secondary equipment switchboards (or racks), cabin auxiliary facilities, etc.

The manufacturing, assembly, wiring, debugging and other work are completed in the factory, and it is transported to the project site as a whole and positioned on the installation foundation.

The prefabricated cabin and its internal secondary equipment realize the integration of the whole set of secondary equipment by the manufacturer, achieve factory processing, reduce on-site secondary wiring, reduce the workload ofdesign, construction, de bugging, simplify the maintenance work, shorten the construction period, and effectively support the rapid construction of the power grid.

Its main functions include: power input and distribution, power control and monitoring, and emergency backup power supply system.

Our company can manufacture different types of prefabricated cabins with a voltage range of 1-40.5 kv.

The base of the prefabricated cabin adopts a fully welded combination of high-strength H-shaped steel, channel steel, section steel and channel steel.

The walls usually adopt a fully welded structure of an integrated section steel frame or a fully bolted structure.

The cabin body structure of the prefabricated cabin should be able to withstand certain static and dynamic loads.

For example, under normal use conditions, it should be able to withstand the weight of its own equipment, the loads generated by personnel activities, as well as possible external environmental loads such as wind loads and snow loads.

Generally speaking, the yield strength of the steel used in the cabin frame structure should reach a certain standard, such as Q235B or higher-grade steel, to ensure sufficient structural strength.

Regarding the seismic performance, within the seismic fortification intensity range, the prefabricated cabin should be able to ensure the normal operation of the equipment that the cabin structure does not suffer serious damage.

According to different seismic fortification requirements, the natural vibration period of its structure, the acceleration response in the horizontal and vertical directions, etc. all need to meet the corresponding seismic design specifications.

Normalis servitium conditio

Environmental conditions-The ambient temperature should be within the specified operating temperature range of the prefabricated cabin, generally ranging from -20℃ to +50°℃.If the ambient temperature of the installation environment exceeds this range, additional temperature control measures need to be taken, such as heating or cooling equipment.

The relative humidity generally requires not to exceed 95% (without condensation).
